When starting our spiritual journey, it can be easy to focus only on the upper chakras- intuition, clarity, manifestation and maybe even tapping into your spiritual gifts. 

If you find yourself jumping from one thing to the next, and not really feeling like anything is working- then you may need to ground first. Grounding, although it may not seem the most fun is one of the basics you need to manifest, grow and find your way to your highest self.
